If you recall...
When you filled out your application for MediCal for your daughter and yourself, there was a section for you to list all household members.
You need to go get another application, and fill it all out all over again. They will not require a marriage certificate if you are living together as a family, however, his income will need verification, so tell him to pull out his paystubs for your caseworker ok?

When you fill out a new application, you HAVE to remember to put the MediCal information for your daughter and yourself on it all over again, even if you aren't reapplying for the two of you, as MediCal will need to know about all household members and if you're more complete, it will be easier to adjust their records for your family, getting him his insurance faster.

Good luck, I know dealing with them can be a pain and a half!

Here's a link to the MediCal website for more information for you. Hope it all works out!

You need to call your medical worker, no one here can help you but they can. Once you are in the system, it's pretty easy to add a new family member.

The only people that can answer that are employed at your insurance company. Every company has different policies.
