I received a small swatch free from the bridal salon where the bridesmaids dresses were ordered. Since I needed more samples than that, I took the swatch to the fabric store and matched it with some fabric their to make additional swatches. Since we didn't need a lot of fabric, it was dirt cheap (like a dollar or two).

Sometimes the bridal store can order those for you--however it would probably be at a charge to you which might make it not worth it in the long run. I would check at the store where you're buying your dresses and renting your tuxes. If you haven't bought anything yet, I'll think you'll come up against some resistance.

Also, be aware that dye lots can vary. That's why you should order your bridesmaids dresses all at the same time, and from the same retailer. So even with swatches, there would be no guarantee that you would get the EXACT same color as on the swatch.

Well, I am getting married pretty soon, and the best place to go to get swatches is the actual place you are getting the items. Of course, the wedding dress you will try on, so you'll know what the fabric feels like. When I picked out my bridesmaid's dresses, the shop had swatches for me to look at. The rental place for the tux also had a swatch book for us to look at. It might be more inconvenient to go to each different store, but at least you know what you'll be getting!

As has been said from the shops who are supplying the articles, they usually can obtain these from the designer.......that's if you are buying. From your question you could be looking for material for someone to make these outfits? If that is the case then go to a shop that deals in a wide range of materials etc. Don't know where you live, here in UK a well known one is Manders but there must be loads more. Usually there are lots of shops that sell material but sometimes only fabric for curtains etc. You have to look for one that specialise in almost all fabrics including bridal.

Technically, no the bride and groom at the instant are not in charge for reimbursing the bridesmaids for their attire, even nonetheless it would be an extraordinarily superb gesture in the event that they did. If no longer something has been stated approximately paying those females returned for their attire, even nonetheless, there is no longer lots you're able to do. it would be rude of your daughter to coach around and insist reimbursement. Is it a dress that she will positioned directly to a various adventure or is it fairly for sure a bridesmaid's dress? ought to she attempt merchandising it on line (she won't get $250 for it, yet she could get maximum of it returned as that is on no account been worn)?
