If he died right now the world would become Heaven. God will keep him alive till the day of Judgement. Probably that is when he will taken care of.

satan is immortal. he was one of God's "bad angel" that betrayed him. because of adam and eve's sin with the tree and the snake, all humans are sinners and are not immortal. Us humans cannot vanquish sin forever. but we can escape it through reconciliation and prayer. we know that God loves us adn that no matter how much we sin and follow the satan, God will love us. but when it comes to the day of choosing, you must be forgiven of your sins in order to join the saints, angels, Jesus the Savior and God.
knowing these things can help you escape the tempting adn evil satan from harming you.

Satan is everything in our lives that causes us to hurt others (this includes animals,the environment anything that appears to be the easy way out.) We are tempted by the shiny apple every day.To be God like is near impossible, so we live on in our human environment. He cannot die because our human frailties live on and feed his will.

There is no Satan, evil exists in people alone plain and simple. If someone does something bad its because they chose to, not because a fallen Angel with a pitch fork is sitting in the centre of the Earth rubbing his hands together and laughing maniacally.

Satan has a battle at the end of time with Jesus Christ. When Jesus wins that battle Satan and all of his followers, and sin and hate,will all be cast into the lake of fire

Because he's a symbol of all the things people fear,hate,love,
and live. All the evil,sin, and frightening things can be placed

It seems,God long ago knew of Satan's downfall and divinely planned his fate,which was to spend an eternity in the everlasting fires of hell.There is no physical death for a spiritual being.
"Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, PREPARED FOR THE DEVIL and his angels.” (Mtt.25: 41)

He is a necessity. Evil needs a name and face, or it becomes more of a threat to society.
