How do I throw a party for my 2 year old cousin?

She loves horses music and dolls and cats.I'm talkin big fat cats.

and we cannot throw a outside party becouse it is all icy over here.

Make her party a theme of which ever she likes the most. The music is a given just get a radio a play her fav. songs. But she is only 2 so whatever you decide for her you remember that she won't remember this. I know it's the thought I have a 2yr old myself and I went all out for a care bear party but she did not care about any of it except the care bear candles that I bought (go figure!!!) So just keep that in mind when you decided what to do make it fun but it doesn't have to be extravagant she won't know the difference.

You need to think quick but fun..such as a themed party with her favorite things..I would suggest which she prefers the most..cats or horses. Then go with something that will entertain the children such as a park party if the weather permits. If not then think of games that can be played..since she like music I would suggest a dance contest, musical chairs, and red rover. Buy many prizes though because you will want to reward them. Have fun!
