I got a tablet for Christmas and it came with Corel and Photoshop Elements and Im into making lineart and all and It seems like it doesn't have a pen tool...also I heard you could download pen tools from the internet or something like that...Is that true?

No pen tool in Elements, just a pencil :)

There's no Pen Tool or download for a Pen Tool for Elements. There are workarounds. If you're describing (tracing) a path that's going to be converted into a selection, use the Magnetic Lasso Tool. If you want to draw curves, use the paintbrush, zoom in and use the Magic Wand to select the curve and then change its color, apply layer styles to it, etc. Please use "Additional Details" to give us a hint about what you need the Pen Tool for and we can help you better.
