i hit my hand with a table and now i have a little lump.?

First off Why did you do that.?? Oh never mind..I probably don't want to know..
Think of what happens when you get a cut. the skin is cut and you bleed.. When you get a bump or a lump, in your case, the blood vessels are bleeding below your skin. Now, because the blood has nowhere to go, it forms a lump..
Your best bet is to keep something cold and hot on it (alternating them). It should go away soon. If you have a headache, try to take some Tylenol.

maybe its a bubble just put achool and rub it
