We end up in starring eachother. Any advice from Girls, because girls know better what they want in that situation.

or try why are you staring at me?
most of the time we will come up with an answer "but"
if we say we are just staring at you just to stare then we think your cute as all get out and want nothing more than to have you ask us out or at the least to hang out.

making funny faces at her might make her laugh, but its ok then we think your funny and like you even more.

It's nice to hear that guys are just as unsure as we are. The best thing to say is anything--if a girl is interested in you, she won't judge you too harshly. Just try to be confident and friendly. Maybe talk about something you might have in common, something that's going on. If you can DO something together, that's even better.

Get up the nerve and go talk to them! Compliment her hair, ask her questions, SMILE =), be friendly, just be yourself. You sound like a nice guy (very young, but still nice) so don't worry. Once you get in the habit of doing this stuff, it will become second nature to you.

depending on age just walk up to one and start talking..
say something like :
lovely weather we are having , isnt it .
did you see the football game ? ( swap a tv program you like)
you look particularly nice today, is that a new (perfume, dress, sweater, hat) ?
would you like to go out to a movie tomorrow nite ? (swap day to suit)
Gee, last nights homework was a bear , wasnt it ?
have you heard (singers) recent song ?
dont get upset if she just stares at you or laughs , women are wierd.

I assume you're in school? Smile next time you catch a girl staring. Then catch up to her after class and ask her if she understands the homework (best used when there actually is homework) and if she does, ask her to help you, if not, offer to help her.

I want/have a guy that can make me laugh yet not be grose when he does. Its simple just start with a hey whats up and take it from there find out what kinda stuff she likes and branch off from there. If you be yourself thats great because thats all we really want, no mask, no fear, no lies or fakers. So be open and yourself.

If a girl looks your way Smile at her. Say Hi/Hello and just be friendly. They are proubly just as nervous as you are!! Good ways to start conversations is by asking them about their selves. Compliments go good ;) Just be Polite and be yourself. good luck!

talk about anything like ask her for directions or for help with I don't know math or something
try to find a "long conversation subject"
after that, thank her
and ask her about her name
compliment her hair/dress/earings
