the more its done the less it will cost. $$$ it's not about money! Look around you! do you like living with trash? Disease? nasty dirty air? The benefits far outway the "Financial" cost... I don't understand why We Americans are so fasinated with what it costs. How bout the cost of not doing it huh? the cancers, the premie babies, joint problems blindness. Ahsma I could go on all day. $'s don't matter lets get over it. I would rather be poor and not have a tv then be rich and not have a Blue whale or a Grouper in the ocean. Make the choice. If it costs to much then figure out how to make it cheaper. Lobby your law makers, hold them accountable. we only have one world.

Trash in general should be processed in a manner that transforms it into useful raw material. This cannot be done at home and must be done in large factories designed for this purpose. Its a efficient thing to do on a large and would generate a lot of money as well as eliminate the need for landfills. The way recycling is done at this time really is just a feel good project that accomplishes very little of real value to the environment or pocketbook.

The fraction of a cent more that it costs to recycle plastics is a small price to pay for reducing the amount of refuse that is slowly but surely filling landfills and polluting the environment.
