There are a couple of different factors on why the black boxes survive the crash (1) the way they are constructed (2) the material the are made with, and (3) there location in the aircraft.
You can read more about why the black box survive the crash here:

ok, most of these people are wrong. the black box is in the back of the aircraft because yes it is generally the last to hit and will sustain less damage. the plane would not be to heavy or expensive because if you do more research on those boxes, even they get DESTROYED!!!!!! there are many layers of protection around the recording device that protect the data. but even then, it can still be hard to understand the data. it doesn't near a month to listen to them and tell the media for nothing. the data gets screwed up because it is hard to hear (for the cockpit recorder) or scrambled (flight data recorder) from the crash (fire, impact, magnatism, water and what not.) the boxes are not indestructable.

The material the the black box is made of is very dense and heavy. If the whole plane was made of that the plane would be way too heavy and would not be able to fly.
Why do you think they dont make cars out of it? Or boats? how about we make everything out of the same stuff as the lill black box. Even our clothes. Then nothing can hurt us.

The black box is in the tail section of the plane, so it typically is the least likely part to get damaged. So it it not necessarily what it is made out of as much as its protected location in the plane.

If you take the weight and size of the black box and scaled it to the actual size of the airplane it would be to heavy to get off the ground. It is not practical or cost effective to build aircraft this way. Further more it can't be done.

Cause the blk box doesn't have fuel in it or isn't so many tons. If it was made out of that stuff then it would still demolish

1. It would be far too heavy.
2. It would be far too expensive.
3. Even if it was possible, and your body would survive a crash intact, the g-forces on impact would still kill you. The only advantage would be that more intact bodies could be recovered.

Cause the plane would probably be too heavy to fly. Besides, the plane falling apart isn't what kills you -- it's the change from 400mph to zero in less than a second.

At least come up with something original if you're going to ask questions. What's next? Oh, never mind, I know, it will be "Why do we park on a driveway and drive on a parkway?" followed by "Why is a package sent by boat a cargo, and sent by a truck a shipment?"
