This man wakes every morning washes brushes his teeth gets dressed then leaves for work.He lives in a high tower block on the 25th floor so he gets in the lift goes down to bottom floor then off to work.Then wen he comes home he gets in the lift presses 20th foor then gets out and walks up the stairs to the 25th floor ever day.So why does he do this??????

Good old riddle BUT if you want to add to it a little then '............25th floor every day, except when it's raining when he will ride in the lift to the 25th floor. So why does he do this??? - the final bit is of course because he has an umberella.

Anyone who says that he is to short is wrong. If you look at elevators the higher floors' buttons are located towards the bottom of the display. So, he would have more difficulty reaching the first floor button than the twenty-fifth floor button. This means that he must have a lack of patience. There must be so many people riding the lift that the lift stops at every floor. At the end of every day he gets fed up by the 20th floor and decides to walk.

So easy!!! He's a midget. He hits the topmost button he can reach out to(i.e, the 20th floor button). Through the lift he can only go up to the 20th floor because of his height. That's why, he needs to run up the stairs from the 20th floor to get to the 25th floor. He can easily hit the ground floor button because he can reach out to it.

because he lives on floor 20 there is just 5 basements which makes it a 25 floor building.

I know I know .. cos he's a sweetie and lonely old people live on the 20th,21st,22nd,23rd and 24th floor, he calls at the newsagent every evening and buys them an evening paper and pops it through their letter boxes! Pick me! Choose me!

hes short, cant reach the 25th floor button cuz its way to high for him, but the groundfloor button is his height so he has no problem going down
