some of these people who have such stupid answers must have been in a hole for a very long time, as there is a good possibility of what you have said, any one with half a brain should know that, it has happened before , like to the Roman Empire, and to the Germans, and other army's thru out history,
it should also be obvious to all that this is not Americas war, we had good Intel, from the U,N, that there were no W,M,D, in Iraq, But, our President used the info, that was supplied by the Israeli Mossad who has tricked our gov, at every turn and cost us dearly in every way, so just ask your self who is the only one to gain any thing in this war???? Israel, Israel Israel, we got rid of their worst enemy and they didn't lose one man, so now that we have lost thousands of men and billions of dollars in money and all of our friends and Allys , who the hell owns America,???
we have did Israels bidding for so long most people accept the fact they own America, but, just don't want to face the facts, it has been told that G,W,B, is Zionist , I'm thinking he is or else so damned stupid he should be impeached,

Well, you forgot to mention that a majority of these troops from other countries are not combat troops, they are there for other reasons like training the Iraqis and guarding certain landmarks. They are withdrawing because the Iraqi security is taking over their positions, not because they got what they wanted from us. Geesh, where do people come up with this stuff? Is this the local gossip at your middle school right now?

No, the execution of the war was an act of stupidity. As a layman with no military experience, I knew this would happen. I am terribly disappointed by those responsible for planning this war. The book "Plan of Attack" by Bob Woodward makes it clear that those responsible had strong resistance to the plan that was used.

None of us had the intel, nor the pressures on us that the president had when he made his decision. As for enemies learning our methods, one of the oldest sayings in the military is, "Military secrets are the most fleeting of all." Meaning what was true yesterday probably won't be true tomorrow.

It was Bush's personal vendetta to finish what his father could not, and now it is backfiring against him and our nation!
