Not sure that there is a specific weight that you should weigh. But, I would suggest you be healthy enough to be able to carry the baby and provide it's proper nutrition while in the womb.

Typically most fertility specialists won't even talk about starting any treatment until your BMI is below 30...but even that is considered high . People with a BMI odf 30 or higher have higher incidences of infertility because adipose fat around the ovaries may secrete estrogen that inhibits normla ovulation .

It's normal to gain 25 to 30 lbs a pregnancy . Some OB's even think that up 40 lbs is okay to gain , (1 lb per lenth of a pregnancy which is 40 weeks). Basically do your best to follow what your doctor thinks is best for you . Evaluating your needs as an expectant mother and your pregnancy is their job ...and they wont steer you wrong .

good luck!!

A healthy weight depends on your height and a couple of other factors. Ask your doctor. Its not uncommon to gain weight during pregnancy and have trouble losing the pounds. It gets harder to lose with each pregnancy. I'd start exercising if i were you and eating heathier. If your breastfeeding dont' cut your calories too far back. I would say weight wise 135 or so.. but i'm not doctor.. ask yours that is what they're there for. Try not to worry about your weight.. remember that you got two healthy children out of the deal.

Around130-135lbs.You probably should only gain 20-25 lbs with the next pregnancy. Its way easier on your body not to gain so much. I am 5'5" and weighed only 109lbs when I got pregnant, i was under weight so my dr had me gain 35-40lbs, I ended up gaining 38 lbs. Next time I am shooting for 30lbs, as I wont be starting underweight. I weigh 120lbs know. Not gaining makes everytthing easier, labor, delivery, the pregnancy, and recovery as well. Gaining to much can also predispose you to pregancy conditions such as preeclampsia. Good luck.
