I'm not going to preach to you like the others. But I do want to talk to you as someone who walked in your footsteps at the age of 13 and goofed my body up for years. Your body is just hitting puberty. This is NOT the time to lose weight quickly. What it will do is cause your menstrual cycles to get REALLY messed up FOR YEARS. I am 43 and they're still really irregular and will last for weeks without slowing down. It all goes back to the 30 pounds I lost at the age of 13.
Back in the 70s we didn't know how weight loss affects a developing body because most of us weren't overweight. They encouraged us to lose large amounts of weight and we ended up being the first generation with massive eating disorders.
I fully respect that you want to lose weight. I just hope you consider amending the rate that you want to lose it at so that you don't go through everything I went through. I didn't even know I was pregnant for almost 6 weeks because I had such irregular periods. That's a bummer. Don't wish that on yourself.
If you do want to lose weight sensibly, consider eating 3 solid meals with a moderate amount of lean protein, like chicken and fish, 3 glasses of milk a day (we NEED calcium as women or we get osteoporosis really easy later in life and can't correct it), 2 servings of bread or starch, 3 servings of fruit (at least 2 citrus) and all the veggies you can eat. The more veggies you eat, the better your body works. Make sure you take a multivitamin everyday to take in all the vitamins and minerals that you'll be passing up in your diet. If you learn to eat sensibly now and control your portions, there's no need to fake out your body. It will get in shape all by itself. Add in a little yoga and your muscles will naturally stretch and get strong and you won't need to worry about the rest of it.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

The only method you would lose thirteen lb of fat in 3 days is surgical procedure. 1 lb = 3500 calories, so 13 lb = 45500 energy. It takes me about an hour on the elliptical coach at a moderate pace to burn 500 calories (1/7 of a pound), so that is 7 hours for every pound, in an effort to burn thirteen lb (45500 calories) it might take ninety one hours of exercise, that's extra hours than there even are in 3 days. It can be nontoxic to lose up to 1 kg (2.2 lb) a week, so it should take 6 weeks minimal, and to do that you must be burning 1100 calories (about 2 hours 12 minuets undertaking) everyday.

Eat well balanced and serving/portion sized meals. Several smaller meals are better than 2 or 3 larger ones.
Exercise. Yoga, pilates and weight training will help get your body into shape with some more definition.
I strongly suggest you don't over do it, you are 13 and still growing so talk with your mom or dad about getting on the right track so you don't ruin your health. I don't think you are fat, you are fairly average, but if your main concern is to get a flat stomach, just do more exercising.
Don't go out and buy into fancy diet plans or pills, they won't get you anywhere.

the only way you may desire to lose 13 lb of fat in 3 days is surgical operation. a million lb = 3500 energy, so 13 lb = 45500 energy. It takes me approximately an hour on the elliptical coach at a average velocity to burn 500 energy (a million/7 of a pound), so as that's 7 hours for each pound, with the purpose to burn 13 lb (45500 energy) it might take ninety one hours of exercising, that's greater hours than there even are in 3 days. that is risk-free to lose as much as a million kg (2.2 lb) each week, so it may take 6 weeks minimum, and to try this you may desire to be burning 1100 energy (approximately 2 hours 12 minuets exercising) daily.

I cant recommend a web site. sorry but I know what helped me was giving up all sugar, processed foods, flour, trans fats, bad oils, and red meat. It is part of the waist management book by Dr. Oz who was on the Oprah show. This diet is focused on older woman but I can see know reason why it would not benefit a young girl like yourself. They also recommend 1/2 hour of walking a day. I do about two hours of cardio a day and have lost about 9 inches in my waist.
I hope this is helpful. Also prevention magazine had a spread on bikini ready by spring break. Take a look at it. Style television did also and they have a web site.
Good luck. Keep trying.

1) Stop drinking everything except water. Pop, coffee drinks, even juice pack in the calories. I know someone who had a lot of success with this.
2) Change all your dairy to fat free.
3) Each day try to eat better than the last. Slowly cut out fast food, chips, and desserts. Trade these in for fruit and veggies and grains...and get good ones of these! Then they're actually really yummy!
4) Love yourself! You'll make some mistakes, but you've already done the first step--wanting to try!

First, you need to burn off the fat. Go running everyday. Then tone up by doing Pilates or stomach excerises like crunches. The best thing to do is to get a Pilates DVD and a stomach excercise DVD and do it everyday. You'll see results within 2 weeks. Eat normally and healthy of course... fruits and veggies. Drink a lot of water. Stay away from starchy foods like pasta and breads... and stay away from sweets. Good luck. Don't lose too much weight. Stay healthy.

To begin with, you don't sound fat at all! But okay here's some advice. Don't overeat or undereat. If you overeat, obviously you will gain weight, but also if you undereat, you will become hungry and eventually eat more. Have a balanced meal. To lose more weight do an activity that you will have fun with like swimming, biking, walking your dog, or gymnastics or something! It'll work, and try not to go on a diet, you usually end up gaining weight.
