how do you prevent or treat infant acne ?

my 2 month old baby has lil tiny bumps on her forehead and by her nose sometimes, is there anything can was her face with to prevent this that wont hurt her skin?

This is not unsually. Use baby lotion or other doctor prescribed cremes to help it. It usually goes away afte ra day or two.
