I prefer peace but you can't have peace without war

I'd like a bit of a balance between both - see, if it were too peaceful, no violence, no nothing, we'd all be the same, and we'd all be boring. But then if it was all war, we'd have no purpose for even living. Without war, most of us won't realize the weight and importance of gaining peace.

I like peace, war is depressing!

No one LIKES war, no one sane, anyway, not even those in the various industries that profit from it. In the movies when you see some general cackling over the prospect of destroying his enemies and being master of the world, that is a vast exaggeration, made up by the doves of the world, who don't see that as terrible as it is, sometimes war is necessary. Further, lest someone call me a Bushie and claim I am defending this war, I am more conservative than he could dream to be, and I see that this war was made up of daddy issues and madness.

Peace is preferred. However, war is inevitable... As long as there are two people of differing opinions, there will always be war...

Peace of course, it is a time of learning, building, making progress, and enjoying the fruits of our work. Peace is a time to increase our families, and enjoy vacationing. Peace be with you.
