Can't find someone?

My fiance's father is in Prison and I wanted to send him a picture but all I know is the Name of his father and the state that he imprisoned in and I don't know how I would be able to get ahold of him??? How would I go about doing that.

Try the department of corrections web site in that state. Most have the sites set up so you can do a light check up on inmates.
