i have long brown hair. Willing to do anything. I might highlight it and get it cut. But how?

Just remember, you'll have a hat on your head... So.... Obviously, to wear it up would look extremely dorky... Just the normal down style should do

That is definitely the style to use. Of course, Condition it like crazy the week before pictures so it will be in good shape and shiny, but do not condition the day of the pictures or it will look greasy. Just Clean, shiny and the way you usually wear it is best.

i would wear it down. because with the hat it doesnt really work if your hair is up. and hair usually looks better when it is down in pictures anyway. i would straighten it or do loose curls. i am not sure how your hair is cut now but long layers that frame your face usually look good on people.

Wear it down.
Straightned and layered (with a razor) and some honey highlights. Wear a hair scarf instead of a headband (Target 5.95 in any color and pattern). Always go to a professional when coloring you hair or else it could go totally wrong. have fun!!

Dont tie your hair up believe id did once for a school photo one year and its not flattering.
you could get it highlighted if you realy want to and have it curly/wavy,this style looks good with people who have long hair.
or you could have it straight and get your hair layered if you'd prefer.one style mite look better than the other.keep experimenting or ask your hairdresser what would look good on you,im sure he/she would give you some tips

Just don't wear it in a pony tail whatever you do. The picture will come out with you looking bald. I normaly wear my hair straight and parted on the side for school pictures,

With cap, use some pretty pins to pull it back a bit.Without cap, I would wear it like you do every day(just a bit neater)I would not experiment for this important photo, and you don't want to be unrecognizable.... Congrats and have fun

Stick with something classic, if you do something too trendy you'll look back it and be embarrassed lol. Either wear it straight down or in some simple curls... just stick with the basics!! :)
