Aggro is short for aggravation. Questioner is either Aussie or British. (I'm something of an Anglophile. British slang is an interest of mine.)

Most of our "aggro" comes from the mind-numbingly awful traffic and our elected leaders inability to do anything about it. Once we're out of our vehicles, we're probably more mellow than most do to the abundant sunshine.

Most people here have seen a celeb or two going about their lives. We have an unspoken rule, though, we don't bother them. We leave that to the paparazzi.

Aggro?

Not sure what that means frankly, but it isn't hard to run into celebs in either NYC or LA as long as you are in the right places. If that's what you want to do. They are really just people, very pretty and charismatic people. It's kind of fun though. And just to be a bit mean, it is very fun when they don't look so hot!

IN the 1870's and 80's the railroads tried to attract people to California with the phrase "GO WEST, YOUNG MAN, GO WEST". It worked good. Some may find the "crowdedness" aggravating.
