only condition once or twice a week!!! my hair is SO tangley, and nasty if i dont condition everytime! is that bad?

no, i condition is every time i shampoo. you are only supposed to wash your hair every other day though but i usually do just because it looks gross if i dont. and i dont really care because my hair is really healthy and shiny and soft so shampooing & conditioning it everyday hasnt done any damage to it.

the people who tell you this probably have a different hair type than you. i have to condition my hair everytime i shower. i have really curly hair and i only shampoo it every other day and condition everyday. if not it gets dry and frizzy.

No, it isn't bad at all. My hair is so thick and wavy and FRIZZY that if I don't condition every time I shampoo, it's just a tangled up mess! Condition as often as you see fit.

my hair is the same way from damage due to coloring it what I do is condition every time but don't wash your hair everyday try washing your hair every other day and see how that works for you. Good Luck!!!!

They probably tell you this..because conditioners can leave a build up on your hair....and they don't have your hair type so they are not familiar with "rat's nest"...that is what I call my tangles........

what you can do...every once in a while take a mixture of baking soda and vinegar (yes ,it may smell bad--but it will leave your hair the softest you have every felt) and use on your hair...it will strip away any build up ....

i condition my hair everytime i shampoo as i couldnt get a comb through it otherwise, no its not bad.
