Stop and re-evaluate your day. What did you do first thing this morning? Did you misplace something?
Have you lost your JOY? You know, God's Word says that the Joy of the Lord is our strength.
Where did you leave yours? I bet you left it under your pillow. Go look. I bet it is there.
P.S. Friends generally don't turn on you, it may be a matter of how you have been behaving lately. Seriously, if you are having that bad of a day, you need to check yourself.
Smile, Force one if you have to, listen to some fun praise music, Dance around the house and get crazy for a few minutes. Call your best friend and ask them how THEIR day was. Show concern about their feelings, and I bet you a million Smackers, they will return the gesture.

Well, we have all been here. First don't kill anyone, it's messy and in most states, illegal. Seriously...you deserve better, you know that, so give yourself a good mental smack in the chops, eat an entire Hershey bar, get your nails done, or change your hair, buy a new outfit, and wear it when you tell this clown goodbye, and then for gosh sakes do dump this clown! Why do people stay with men or women who treat them like garbage? Look how unhappy and angry you are...do you like feeling this way? Dump him, dump the idiot friends. Move on. Period. New you, new life, just waiting...go. You'll be glad you did.

are you home, go home, don't care where you are, work, school, whatever, you're not going to get anything productive done when you're this stressed out anyway. Go home and climb into bed for a while, wind down with a hot drink and film you love, turn off your phone and just don't think about anything for the rest of the day. You'll feel so much calmer getting away from it for a while and ready to fight the world tomorrow. hope you feel better soon huni xx

Exercise for a half hour that always puts things into a better perspective. Or you could treat yourself to some chocolate which is a mood enhancer. Try to talk yourself into not letting others affect and control the way you feel. You control your own emotions and feelings. Once you can accomplish that you will be a stronger person.

Ok, first stop for a couple minutes. sit down somewhere and relax. close your eyes, put one hand on your chest, and the other on your stomach and breath in deeply. Make sure that both hands are moving, with the one on you belly moving more. Do this for about 5 minutes. Then take time for yourself.Ignore your friends for now. Think good thoughts- things that make you happy and feel good. Don't let bad thoughts get you down!

Take a deep breath, calm down, and consider going to bed early. Tomorrow will be better. Maybe it just seems like that today because you're in a bad mood, Maybe it's PMS? I almost gurantee that tomorrow will be better, and if it's not, at least you can handle it on a good night's sleep...

Take a deep breath and relax. Go home eat and relax. I have a bad day about once a week, but you have to put it behind you. It is really bad on your body to be so stressed today is almost over with and tomorrow will be a new day.

Turn to God for help, and He will deliver you from this dark time in your life. Love is the answer, and God is love. He loves you so much that it overflows, like a cup under a waterfall, it is never ending. He offers this love freely to you, He will never leave you, nor forsake you. All you have to do is accept it, so don't go off and do something foolish that will ultimately cause more pain.

Do some deep breathing before bed. Then go to sleep knowing that tomorrow is new day, and life constantly changes. It can always be worse, remember that.
