No that is not normal at all. The momma dog may have an infection that needs to be treated by her vet. I would tell her not to waste any time getting her in to the vet. Infections of any kind can be transmitted to the pups and she could loose them and the mom.
Get on the phone and tell her to get her into the vet for a postnatal check up right now!

Actually, no the dog should not be bleeding even after two days of giving birth. It sounds like there is a more serious issue that happened during birth. Make sure that you keep a close eye on the mother and see where she is bleeding though. I have heard of a small leakage from the mammory glands while feeding for the first week or two - however nothing more than a few drops. I would suggest making an appointment as soon as possible though to make sure that she doesn't lose too much blood. In addition, if there is something more serious, you want to make sure that nothing happens to the puppies. You don't want to give the puppies any disease or etc. Good Luck!

Fairly normal, but take her to the vet anyway, just to cover your bases
