Does a sweet kind of orange freeze the fastest or does a sour orange freeze the fastest?

i`m doing a science project and i`m trying to find out. so can you help meh?

I don't really know the answer to your question but I can give you an educated guess. Plain water will freeze faster than sugar water. The sweeter orange has a higher sugar concentration than the sour orange so I would guess that the sour orange would freeze faster. The best way to test for sure would to squeeze the juice from both types of oranges, filter it, and see which freezes faster. Good luck.
