Hi, there are lots of places offering ytt these days but I would recommend somewhere which meets the guidelines of the yoga alliance.
As for the cost, if you're going for the 200hr program(the minimum requirement to become registered with the yoga alliance), mine was about $3000. That can vary depending on the school but most schools will work with you and you'll be able to make monthly payments(otherwise, I would not have been able to afford it). It is so worth it though and most schools will also allow you to take unlimited classes as well during your training.

Why don't you try the motherland of yoga in India. There are many Yoga Teacher Training Schools in India one of them is ShivaShaktiYoga. They have a 200 hour yoga teacher training course which is recognized by Yoga Alliance UK and after completing it you will be a registered yoga teacher. For more info check there link:

you would be extra effectual off doing pilates. Its a sequence of workouts that strengthens your abs (middle) and your lower back. I had alot of decrease lower back soreness for years and that i've got been doing pilates now for 2 years and the soreness is long gone. in the initiating its hard to do through soreness yet shop going and after some month or 2 you will sense the version. i replaced into going as quickly as each week to the wellness club and doing mat pilates.
