you need a wash with salicylic acid! Wash your face with clenser followed by toner twice a day. use a facial lotion to keep your skin hydrated. Also use a mask once or twice a week. If you have not tried proactive I would recomend it. My friends and I use it, we love it. It also works for different skin types. You should give it a try if you haven't yet. If you feel like you have no choice, I would go to a dermatologist. They can prescribe a topical wash, also they could give you a pill that helps too.

What kind of bumps? I had some bumps on my face so just a few weeks ago I went to the dermatologist for a consultation. (it was $70) He said they were cloged pores and used a laser thing to get rid of them. It was kind of a hot little pain for each cloged pore and some scabbing that went away after a few days but it was definately worth it. I feel like my skin looks younger.

You need to see a doctor, it sounds like you have a bacterial infection. You probably need antibiotics.
