No, he's a one brain cell heli-muppet AND A LIAR.
The statement said that providing Iraqi forces can take responsibility for the country, troops will be withdrawn.
They won't be able to.
Corruption is still rife in Iraq as is the sectarian hatred between Sunni and Shia communities. We are reaping the rewards of 40 years of our ignorant interferance in their affairs. The problem in Iraq is as bad as it is now because of UK and US sponsorship of Saddam Hussein through the Iran-Iraq war.
I hope they will pull out regardless as it will only continue to cost our countries a fortune in weapons expenditure and more importantly - human lives.
The West needs to understand that democracy is a social choice and needs to develop over time. You can't force democracy on a culture that rejects it. In Eastern cultures, usually one powerful figure emerges as leader and exerts control over the people through fear or religious hysteria.
The only way to acheive peace in Iraq now is to find a new dictator of the same calibre as Saddam who is prepared to exert as much force over any opponents and crush rebellions as he was.

I do believe him but i think the only reason he's doing this for is because Prince Harry is supposed to be going out there soon and i don't think he wants the death of a Royal on his hands.
Or maybe he has come to his senses and realized going into Iraq was a bad idea.

Yes and no. I reckon it might have something to do with him not wanting Prince Harry to see active service and his inability to act upon that wish. So he is doing it in a roundabout way. And if your hubby and all the other hubbies benefit fcrom his scheming ... in this case it wouldn't be a bad thing
Prince Harry is waiting to see if his regiment will be sent. But if they pull out there will be no need to send new regiments will there :-)

I think all this has come about because of Prince Harry.
They don't want him to go, and the only way he's going to get out of it is if Tony starts bringing them back as there'd be no point in sending more out if he's bringing them back anyway.

Yes, the man's political career has been ruined by teaming up with the U.S. in this senseless war. Why should he lie now?
