How about "if you spilled anything I am going to shove your nose in it like a dog. Now I ask you again - nicely - did you spill something on my couch?"

Well if you have paper towels you give her one. Otherwise say you are all out and offer her a tissue or towel, depending what she needed it for.

if you have paper towels "yes, you may, I'll get one for you"
if you do not have them "sorry, we are all out of paper towels"

'Can I' suggests an ability to be able to or not. If she is able, sure she can.
If she's asking you to get one for her, or permission from you the proper way to say it is 'May I have a paper towel?'
And your response is 'of honey, let me get it for you'
