I'm asking this question cause I'm about 6'7 and have big bulky arms. I dress mostly in black and wear mirrored Versace shades so my eyes are
completely hidden.
I try to dress as menacingly as possible. A cross between a soldier and an evil spirit.
When I walk by couples and I'm alone (especially at nightime), they try and look me in the eye, yet they can't. and the guy seems to be just as frieghtened as the chick. Of course, these people tend to be about a foot and a half shorter than me.
When you are confronted by this situation, what are you thinking?
Some women have an instinct to choose a man for his "protective" qualities - but, if you saw me, you'd know there is no way in hell your man could protect you from me. Especially considering I am well versed in hand to hand combat/weaponry.

Well, that depends... are you actually doing anything threatening, or are you just walking past?
As long as you weren't doing anything actually menacing, no, i wouldn't be all that scared. I live in the middle of a city, I see some very interesting characters on the street all the time. I'd probably wonder why you were dressed that way, but seeing as half the time i'm walking around carrying swords on my way to practice, you wouldn't be anything too out of the ordinary.

I'd be thinking that you have some real issues about your own masculinity and security. You obviously are a boy with menacing physiques, but judging by your question you have no clue what makes a man a man. I'd also think you are somewhat of a whacko and would walk on past you in the street.
You have some messed up ideas about what women want.

If I passed you on the street, I'd think you have an inferiority complex. People who try really hard to be intimidating are usually just sad. No one is really scared of them. And I love my husband....and he wouldn't back down from you if you were 10 feet tall...that's just him. P.S. Get over yourself already.

Most girls love guy that are as* holes! It is a sad truth but I see it all the time my friends that are the rudest most d*ck head friends get all the chicks! And my friends that are girls love guys with big egos! But you should already know that all guys know that. There are a few girls like me that hate egos though...

I wouldn't feel threatened at all. It's obvious you're so busy loving yourself that you wouldn't even notice anyone else on the street. I'd be thinking, "now what's this tool's deal?"
