Do you condition your hair everytime you shampoo?

Yes. And if you have an oily scalp only apply it to the ends. Conditioning should be an everyday thing. Shampoo should be every-other day or 3 times a week. Too much shampoo will strip the hair of its natural moisture and cause breakage.

personally, i dont condition it everytime i use shampoo. I sometimes use a conditioner in the shower, sometimes i put in a leave in conditioner after instead of using one in the shower. Usually i condition it when its gonna rain (there's no frizziness) or when we have an occasion or when my hair is dry. But i use an anti-breakage shampoo, im not too worried at the moment.

Yes I wouldn't be able to brush my hair without it. However I dont shampoo every time I condition. Contradictory huh

Normally, I just shampoo and go. My hair is really soft and pretty, though. If you have dry hair, I would definitely condition it.

Yep I shampoo & condition my hair every night & it is still healthy! But you should find out whats best for your hair & stick with it! Because every ones hair is different... :)

i do as my hair is really dry cause its bleached, i would condition my hair every time anyway as the shampoo can take out oils and moisture from your hair

no because to me conditioner is like a nother coat of shampoo that don't bubble up...it's supposed to make you hair shiny and soft but it's only like that when it's wet
