Water is great for the skin, keeps it hydrated. It's also great for our body overall.
Eating fruit for skin health? I'm not sure. Have you tried doing a search online to see what info you come up with?

time is prolly te best treatement
dont touch ur face too much and just wait your time will come and go like the rest of us
using different drugs, lotions, creams can be costly and unnecessary hope this helps!
