What part of their face do you look at?

Depends on how comfortable you are around them... If you like the person, then look right into the eyes. If they make uncomfortable in any way, and still want to leave them with a good impression, look just below the eyes. If you don't care at all about leaving with good impression, say "Later..." and walk away! If they turn you on, look at their mouth and imagine all the things they could be doing with it instead of talking!!! Ha Ha...

Lips.

I have always been foreigner in all three continents I've lived in, it's rather hard for me to understand their accents without watching the movement of their lips.

I tried to find some pictures of this, but couldn't. We concentrate on the eyes and mouth.

I look in their eyes. I've noticed that most people's eyes focus on my mouth.

their lips and eyes. I read their lips mostly because I am deaf.
If they know sign language..I look all that including their hands.
