Hey, do you think we should have handicap parking? why or why not?

Absolutely. The people that have problems walking, or are confined to a wheelchair should definitely get the best parking spots. Its a shame that a lot of people(at least where I live) completely ignore the big blue signs of a wheel chair plastered on the ground and park in the handicapped spots.

Yes, because soem disabled & elderly people can't walk far.
