Simple app to track time spent on projects?

I need a simple app to track how much time employees spend on different projects. Ideally like a timecard so they can punch in and out of projects so I can track how much time we are spending on each.

Any recomendations?

Search for an open source web based time tracker. There are several. You can customize them, and most are cheap or free.
