No, that would be cruelty to animals!! It is OK, however, to shoot the guy.

Well looks like you were a really naughty boy so instead of coal Santa gave you rabid racoons. Seriously dumped them down your chimney? Who has a chimney that has a big enough opening? Most have the top covered over. Now if this was for real shot the things, put them out of their misery before they put YOU in it. Also report the guy to the police. Attempted assault with a deadly weapon(yeah seriously they are rabid and raccoons are deadly on their own). That is just the first one that comes to mind I'm sure the police could add more.

Call the cops and animal control instead. What he did was to willfuly expose you to the possibility of a fatal disease-not unlike people that willfully and knowingly expose others to AIDS,which go to jail for it. In this case the racoons are considered a weapon. So F--k him through the courts rather than get a record for yourself or put yourself in jail to deal with this ******.

No you should call animal control. And how do you know they have rabies anyway? If you were to shoot animals like that you would be arrested for animal cruelty.

Nope! Call your local spca or animal control. They have to mean of capturing them without getting infected. Trust me, you do not want to have to endure all those rabie shots in your abdomen. It's not fun!

Yes if they have rabies they're a danger to you and your family and pets. Call animal control.
