Ok im 13 and a boy i like someone who talks to me all the time and is nice to me. listen i know that if a girl is talking to me she might like me. i respect that. just be confortable and relax.
heres what you do= become friends with someone who is a good friend to the guy you like then get him or her to introduce u to him.get to know him more and more everyday and after about 2 or 3 weeks ask him out

ok well what i would do is talk to your friends and talk to his friends and try to find out if he likes you. If you can't find out try flirting with him or write him a note and put it in his locker or give it to him. Saying (in the note) i like you and was wondering if you like me or something. Ok I am 13.
Just make small talk.
Talk between classes, ask him about homework you don't get, if he can figure it out.
Ask him what he likes, some hobbies, etc.
Once you get to know him better, then ask him out.

Why would you want to start dating at such a young age?I think that you should be more focused on school and not so much on boys right now.
