They all say basically the same thing.
Be good and you'll be rewarded be bad and you'll be punished.
Almost All religions have a Creator or Main God (good guy)
Yaweh,Allah,Odin,Zeus,Ra ect.
Almost All religions have a Destroyer or Bad God (bad guy)
Set,Satan,Loki,Hades ect.
Almost All religions have a reward afterlife for the good (paradise)
Heaven,Nirvana,Valhalla,ect.
and Almost all religions have a punishment for sinners (punishmnt)
Hel,Hades,Hell,Jahannam
Really if you look at religion as a whole the main idea is in almost
everyone of them. So why all the hate towards a religion that only
differs in the details?

Let me clarify something...
Hel-In Norse mythology the place where a
goddess by the same name rules and a place for those who die inglorious deaths
(not necessarily punishment)
not the same thing as Hell.

The main problem is that everybody interprets things differently from one another and everybody feel that they are right and the other groups are wrong. It's almost as if they are all in some sort of competition to see who has the most followers and who has the better churches and holy buildings and whatnot.

Interesting. Christianity doesn't believe in a reward just for being good. None of us are good enough to see Heaven. Not one! The Christian hope lies only in the acceptance in the forgiveness of our sins with a blood sacrifice. Blood which was shed by a perfect, sinless Son of God, who gave his life for us.
Religions are based on one of two things. A philosophy or a person (and their philosophy). There are some with the philosophy of "be good and rewards will follow" as you state, but all religions should have that at their core. Christianity is a religion where being good is important, but still not enough. It also has the distinction of being the only religion whose spritual leader (Christ) performed miracles, said he was God, came back from the dead, and is still alive today in Heaven. He's also the only one who is capable of covering our sins through His sacrifice- which would otherwise keep us out of Heaven.
IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE: True Christianity doesn't hate. We have had our name dragged through the mud by people drapping themselves in the Christian flag though. True Christianity doesn't kill, or mock, or shame, or belittle, or shun. True Christianity loves, but whence the dichotomy between loving and promise of Hell for those who don't follow Christ? That's actually an easier question to answer. If this translates: God loves us. He doesn't like what we do though.

One thing Christianity does not teach be good and you'll get saved. This is the one thing that seperates it from all religions. We don't have to do nothing special, just ask for it and we'll get it. All you have to do is believe and you'll make it. Christianity is based on the fact that all men are generally bad and we need God to be made good.
Plus most Christians don't hate other religions, we get this confused alot. See as for me, I feel compassion for others because I know they might not make it to Heaven. And when you are trying so hard to help the people then to have them reject you for another religion it makes us upset, but we don't hate them we just want to help them. (at least this applies to me, I do know some people who hate other religions) but then they can't qualify themselves as a Christian because we shouldn't hate. If they ask for God to forgive them however, they will be saved again.
See that is the main difference from Christianity than all other religions.

Christianity and Islam each equipped as approach for empires to force assimilation on the peoples they conquered. That military factor strongly inspired their respective theologies. Judaism, in spite of this, equipped in a context of character cultures. Its theology has additionally been alongside the lines of 'this is our way, distinctive peoples have their own techniques.' a very incredible context. And a very incredible theology. the dislike has an inclination back up at an analogous time as a employer refuses to assimilate and keeps to coach their own techniques. Judaism has constantly finished that as sturdy, for that reason the loathe directed at it.

Christianity doesn't say be good so you can go to Heaven. It says accept Christ and make Him your Lord and you go to Heaven. Did you hear about the "March for Jesus" ? These were groups of Christians from all different denominations that all joined together in several countries, they Marched for Jesus down the main streets of towns and cities. It was the most wonderful music and everyone had a great time. We were all one in mind, Jesus does that to people. You should be in a room ful of Christians celebrating Christ it is wonderful.

hiya,
please look into the bahai faith. www.bahai.org
bahais believe that all religions came from one God. God sent prophets down to earth with messages for the people. Of course as mankind has progressed ,new and different messages are needed and he has sent prophets with messages for that age.
all religions have the same message. people just have very different interpreations of the holy writings which is why argument and conflict exists.

In Christians, Hate is a Sin. so you dont know anything about Christians/Jews/Catholics. We are being told to love and forgive our enemy. There is no revenge or judgement will be rewarder because that are all sin.
In Islam, all other beleiver are enemy including Christians/Jews/Catholics that are beleive in God of Abraham. But Islam also claim they beleive in Allah/God of Abraham. Only in Quran that are full of hate, full of violent and full of discrimination.
Also please note, Jahannam is how you call bad people and totally different meaning with Hell and Hades.
All the hate toward other religion are only come from Quran/Islam.

It's the Exclusivity Doctrine...primarily the Abrahamic faiths are infected by it. "I am right therefore everyone else is wrong." And since the Abrahamic faiths tend to define "wrong" as "evil", naturally they regard everyone else as either objects of pity, fear, or hatred.
Witness one of the earlier posts that insisted that Chistianity is the only one that has "the Trinity"...as though belief in a "Trinity" is somehow evidence of truth. She overlooks the fact that other Pagan religions have trinities too.

it is because they have been taught that. Ministers, priests, etc teach them to hate others and all the money you pay for tithing and that stuff that you "give to the poor," really goes to the leaders. They are rich...filthy rich. There is one minister in Boston who has over a billio dollars. That is because he has like 10 000 people in his congregation and keeps all their money. They want more people because more people = more money
Except for the Mormon Church (LDS)

Religion is traditional, man-made concepts of who God is and not the truth. Christianity is not a religion. Scholars agree that the name "Christian" was given to the followers of Christ and Christ don't hate. So, why hate them?
