There is no answer to this question. You could marry the first girl you date. It depends on the relationship, not the numbers.

Thats not a question that anyone but you can answer. When you find the one you want to get married to, you will know. Some people marry their childhood or HS sweethearts, their first loves. Whereas some people don't even marry until they are in their 50's, 60's ect.

You shouldnt have a certain goal. You only go out with people that u r ACTUALLY interested in. There shouldnt be a set number for anyone.
