If you average out what some rockstars, sports figures, ceo's of major companies have with the general population.. It might increase the avg.. I think men have a few more than women... .. maybe 5-7 for men over their lifetime and women. somewhere around 4. Like your question asked.. Average.. Now their are people who've only been with their spouse.. and others who've been with everyone Else's spouse. lol.. Good luck.

Hookers probably have about 300 a year. People who marry their childhood sweethearts just have one for their entire life. You'd have to figure everybody into the picture.
I don't think this is a question that people would answer honestly if they were part of a poll. So - it's hard to say.

Well I can't speak for everyone but I have only had two the first I was engaged to and the second one I married and we have been married for 12 years.
