I would think he's very nosey!
The only reason guys ask this question is to see if there's a possibity of "de-flowering" a virgin.
Steer clear of him!

maybe he's interested in her? maybe it was just part of a convo you guys were having? maybe he wants to know because he has questions about sex - then you should probably direct him in the opposite direction if you're nervous cuz someone asked you about your virginity. just tell him that you find that personal and would rather not share that part of your life with him, then bring it back to the All-Star game. if he persists, let him know you dont appreciate it and that if he brings it up again - he can find himself a new friend to replace you!

It sounds like he may be interested in you as more than just a friend. I agree that it is none of his business unless you want to become involved with him.

It is none of his business. If he is professing his love to you and asking you to marry him, then he can ask something that invasive. Otherwise, tell him to grow up and it is none of his business. He's being perverse.
