From how I understand it, you have to clear the suspension before you can get a new license in another state. The states can keep track so they'll know if your license is still suspended so I wouldn't recommend trying it!

No. You would need a "clearance letter"from the state that is holding your license. You would only qualify for state identification card,no license in any capacity.

Not likely since most, if not all, states require you turn in your old license upon issuance of a new one. naturally, they'll check to make sure ther are no outstanding warrants, tickets or suspensions against the license.

No, because when you apply for a new license in a new state, they require you to submit your previous license and they do a check.

not really. If you have the suspended license you automatically in parole which mean the office will be after you

Nope! Went through that with my ex. He had to go back and get a release form and pay the fines to get his license.
