from my point of view, though, i say that you can be attached to something without loving it but you cannot love something without feeling attached to it.

An attachment is where you just constantly are around a girl and you like her a lot but you don't have any other feelings for her. When you love her you enjoy her company and don't care what she looks like at 3 in the morning.

attachment is love and attraction is lust....
when a person says i love you, it means im attached to you.... and the lust/heat/passion that goes between them is the attraction...
