I'm so sorry for your tremendous loss. You must stay strong, and I know it's easier said then done. Your son and mother know your pain right now. They want you to be healthy and happy. Part of their legacy lives in you now.

Your losses are very recent. The fact that you are so sad is expected. What's important is that you have very positive surroundings right now. Dark and dreery surroundings will effect your overall mental strength.

You need a friend or family member to talk to. It's important that you can talk openly about your losses, because it will be part of your healing process.

I don't know if you are active in the church, but there is a lot of support in the church.

Don't worry about losing your house. You can rebuild all the material things that you lost. Just rent right now. There are apartment complexes that have pools, rec centers and activities. You need to be able to enjoy life and feel more relaxed. You can worry about buying a house later. You need to focus on your health and happiness right now.

Please stay strong and God bless.

I am so sorry for your losses, you need to talk with a professional to get through this, this is too much to handle on your own.

I am sorry for your losses. My god father died in August. It is hard for me to cope too. I miss him all the time. Be strong and do the best you can for yourself. Have faith. Good luck.

You need to see a counselor to learn how to deal with this, or you could find an online support group. I'm sure there's one in Yahoo Groups.
