You silly little person.

If a drunk is cruising down the road at 80 miles an hour, do you think some non-existent 'God' is up there making sure that just the right person gets splattered, so you can have an 'After School Special' moment and learn a valuable life lesson about looking both ways before crossing?

Grow up, and try to get some sort of education.

Please.

That is the exact idea. We may find it hard to understand but there is nothing like luck, accident or coincidence in the world of God as everything has a reason. The more we see the hand of God in everything that happens around us, the easier it is for us to understand God.

It's not that God makes everything happen for a reason. But He has what is called a permissive will. In that permissive will we as people are allowed to make our own choices and decisions. Depending on what choices we as people make we decide the outcome. For example, God did not make David commit adultery with Bathseba. He chose this on his own. As a result, 4 of David's son's died from just that one act of adultery. Eventhough, we make bad choices, God will still take our bad decision and make good come out of it. David later married Bathsheba and Solomon was the good which came out of it, the next king.

People have been created as a proof of (His) power, have been brought up with authority, they are made to die through pangs, and placed in graves where they turn into crumbs. Then they would be resurrected one by one, awarded their recompense and would have to account for their actions, each one separately. They had been allowed time to seek deliverance, had been shown the right path and had been allowed to live and seek favours, the darkness of doubts had been removed, and they had been let free in this period of life as a training place in order to make preparation for the race on the Day of Judgement, to search for the objective with thoughtfulness, to get time necessary to secure benefits and provide for the next place of stay.
