This guy says that he really likes me, he always tells me that he thinks I'm super cute and stuff like that. He me two cards for V-Day (because I lost the other one) and he walked to my house from his (not that far) to give me the second one. When he gave it to me, he kissed me on the cheek and then left. In almost conversation I had with him after that, he always asks how I felt about the kiss, how he told all his friends and took a picture of me and wants to show all his friends. He calls me at the most 4 times a day and if I say I'll call him back, he calls me back before I get a chance to call him. He always asks to hang out and talks to me on the phone for at least 1hr 1/2 (I always end the phone convos first). It seemed to me that he really liked me but then he told me that he has had "6 plus 10" girlfriends. Does he really like me or does he just want a 17th girlfriend?

All I have to say is WTF??? Please pardon the language, but any guy who says "6 plus 10" girlfriends is either lying or full of himself. I think he was trying to make himself out to be a catch to you. He has probably only had one or no girlfriends. Think about it! You are how old now? My guess is early high school or late middle school. How in the world did he have 16 gf by now???? If he did, is he the kinda guy you want anyway? He will probably be with you for like a month maximum if so. Truth is though I guess he was lying to make himself look better for you. The guy went through all the effort for V-Day. He wants to show he cares. Give him a chance. Here is why:
1) If you end the phone conversations first, he is more interested in talking to you than you are in him. Thanks about it...
2) Any guy who says "6 plus 10" gf is just being plain weird anyway and just making that statement makes him more of a catch to some girls. TO SOME....not all!
3) He always wants to hang out because you are number one in his life. He has not had 17 gf if he wants to hang out. I will hang my hat on that one and $500,000 as well. Players do not "hang out" with girls. The girls come to them because they are known. He however is making the time because he cares even though he lied to you to try to get you to like him more.
Relax and give him a chance. At most you are number two or three...TRUST ME!!!

"6 plus 10" what kind of speak is that? Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until that. Assuming he is 15 like you sound, that seems like a pretty high number for such a young guy, so I am guessing that he thinks it will impress you if he has had alot of girlfriends. Sounds to me like he is totally infatuated with you.
Tell him this, "I will be number 17, but you can only have one girlfriend at a time, and that is going to be me." If he is serious about you he will agree, if not you have not wasted any more of your time on him.

I don't think you should go for him. It sounds like he's done this before and will be the kind of boyfriend that's like a piece of plastic that is stuck to you and that you just can't shake off. He'll call you all the time and won't like it when you talk to other guys. After a while it will get really annoying. He probably does like you, but if you go out with him, then just be prepared for him to be a little obsessed and for the relationship to end quickly as his obsession ends.

You guys sound pretty young - he's a fake girl. lol ... he's gonna say that because it seems like he's diggin you more than you're diggin him. that's what boys do. think about it - he's giving you all this attention and all he's gettin is a kiss on the cheek? think about what his boys said when he told em that - "Aww dude! you punked out! you bought her TWO cards and all you got was a kiss on the cheek?!?" so now he's tryna see if you really like him by trying to evoke a reaction girl. dont worry, he's feelin you. but dont string him along if you dont like him. or you could be taking too long for his taste to give him what he wants - whether it be a letter stating your love, a kiss on the mouth, or even sex - some guys are just impatient. so take your time. dont rush. he's just being immature. dont worry about it:)
