i been having on and off soft stool to watery stool after i eat it only happens on and off one day my stools are fine the next day its soft stool to watery stool at the same time.anyone knows why this is happening.

been for a HIV check up 5mths ago negative for it
seen neurologist for my pins all over my body did blood test and
says my eosinophils are high
now having soft stools to watery stools and abit of rash after relieving myself.

Other than the high eosinophils, your symptoms sound similar to mine. I have Irritable Bowel Disease (aka Irritable Bowel Syndrome, IBD, or IBS) Could also be a form of Crohn's or Colitis. Only a doctor can tell you the reason. You'll most likely need to see a Gastro Enterologist, who will do a colonoscopy &/or a sygmoidoscopy.
You are usually sedated, or very rarely, given a general anesthetic while a small tube with camera on it will be inserted into your rear end. Not a very pleasant procedure, but necessary. Everyone over 30 should have a colonoscopy yearly, anyway, to find cancer while it can be effectively treated.
As for the rash, it could be irritation from the soft, watery, diaherria stools and the extra wiping involved!
Tell your doctor your symptoms and let him/her decide what to do. I hope all goes well & it's not serious.

how old are you....as you get older it is not uncommon...i would not be concerned if you have no other symptoms but if you are going to continue to worry see a doctor they may recommend a "fun" colonoscopy

sounds like irritable bowel syndrome, see a gastroenterologist.
