OMG! That's like totally rad dudette! XD

Ahem...more seriously, though, so you're asking us to write an essay for you? =P

Well, I can only give you a few points for pros and cons dudette, but ya havta compose the essay yourself.

From what I gather in the question above, I'd say:

Pros of precipitation events:
- Rainwater helps cleans roads, grounds, etc.
- Plants need water to grow (with sunlight), especially in desserts

Cons of precipitation events:
- May cause (major) flooding = no home, heavy traffic, death, etc.

Cons of clean up excercise:
- The salts used for snow / ice cleaning may be too harmful for the ground (i.e. residues drying up on the ground, grass, etc.)
- Biochemical / Chemical hazards (same as above point)

Good Luck with your essay dudette! XP

Absolutely impossible, to the last comment. We may not be living in the same vicinity. On your sidewalk, use a snowblower. On your car, they have snow remover so just use that. Once you have remove enough to be able to squeeze yourself inside the car, try to start it and let the car warn up. It'll take a while, but removing ice on your windshield will be much easier. Don't forget to turn on your heater and defrost. You use commercial salt on the sidewalk after you removed the snow, in order to thaw that ice on the sidewalk. Good enough, yes. now we can go out.

I don't know if you're trying to find someone to do your homework or you're only searching for a date.

Well, I would ask for a very high "cost" to bring my books and spend my hours on the internet to solve your homework.

I don't think it would be enough to do that for you just to take a walk with some blonde or just meet a new friend.

Baby, you would have to please ME instead!

By the way, I'm a man.

That's called Plagiarism, If you were to copy that "700 word answer",If some idiot was to write it for you. Therefore I will not answer. Plus your probably Like 10 so you couldn’t be ‘Sexy’. Also, I’m not into girls. I’m a girl.

P.S, That “dumb-blonde” routine is really old.

umm...it's sort of hard to understand what you're saying b/c of all the spelling mistakes, but i'm guessing that the pros would be human life and safety, and cons would be the harm to the environment from chemicals and snow trucks
a friendly alternative: take out your shovel and start working

No, I can't help you out, and you help to give blondes a bad name. Do your own homework, and what's with the Internet prostitution?
