Tresseme is good, but what there is a "secret" about applying the conditioner. After shampooing, towel dry your hair--without rubbing it; kinda like 'blot" drying. Then leave your conditioner in for about 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water--not hot. You will definitely feel the difference in your hair.

Once more thing: condition once a week; too much will build up, and your hair will look like it needs more conditioner!!!! If you have tangles or overly dry hair, rub in a little almond oil in your hair (when dry) before going to sleep. wrap a towel or leave a towel on your pillow---to prevent your pillow from being oily. rinse or lightly shampoo out the next morning--but do not use conditioner.

Almond oil is easily found in any East Indian store.

Good luck!!!

i don't use "regular" hair, face, body products ... they contain too many chemicals & petroleum based ingredients. my favorite 95%+ natural shampoo & conditioner is from Burt's Bees (it's not organic, like most products I use, but it's the most natural non organic - because some organic products still contain unnatural substances - hair product i have found). not only is it almost 100% natural, but it's not expensive & it smells so good! i have found it in grapefruit/sugar beet and soy/pomegranate. check it out! CVS drug stores carry it now, if you have one in your area. other wise, go to a high end grocery store.

Loreal VIVE is great, especially if you have color treated/damaged hair. Their conditioner is the best!
