I'm the sound technician for my school's play the miracle worker (the story of helen keller and annie sullivan).
i need a classical orchestra song for the part at the end when helen finally realizes what annie has been trying to teach her for the whole play; that the sign language she does in her hand stands for objects and things her life.
so the song must capture the mood of the scene which is joyous, extremely happy, miraculous, etc.
im not a mozart or classical music expert and ive been searching for weeks and havent been able to find anything that comes close..

Listen to the final moments of the Jupiter Symphony by Mozart. This is the culmination of a Fugue where suddenly five independent melodies come together with no conflict and erupt in a rhythmic dance to the finish. Hope this helps (my husband is a symphony conductor so he answered this for you).

Sad song's because after you write them and play them a couple times you feel like your about to break and start using drugs and alcohal to kill this pain you created and acumulated by singing and playing it for a period of time... Sorta like Gackt when he did the song Kimi Ga Matteiru Kara (very very sad song) he eventually in one concert, begun the song by drinking out of one of those flasks. But dont take my word for it just look at all the band's out there who are drugging and boozing it after a couple sad song's you know? And then there band falls apart cause they all become accustomed to despair
