A friend gave me some left over favors she had and they are really cute- they are little watercolor sets that really work. And they have a little loop at the top of them. I am tying charms/favors to the bridesmaids packages so I though this would be cute for the guys. Me and my FI are both artist. I was trying to think if a little saying to write on them but I can only come up with something girlie like
"you color my world"
Any ideas on what I could write for the groomsmen using a painting reference??

What's wrong with sounding girly?

How about, "Your friendship adds color to our lives"?

Bubbles,

Guys do not do "cute". I understand that you are trying to use such nice favours (and they are), but a watercolor set with a loop is really not an appropriate groommens gift.

You can use it for the BM bags, the ring bearer and flower girl, and/or as a present for kids if they are attending the wedding (even if you have a no-child reception, you can give this to the couples that have children). I'm sure that they will be more appretiated it in the proper hands.

Good luck

In our life there is a single color, as on an artist's palette,
which provides the meaning of life and art.
It is the color of love.

How about "Having friends is what adds color to our lives", or "The palette of our world would be missing colors if wasn't for our good friends". Of coarse these are all copyrighted but you can use them with my permission. How about something silly like "Don't get the paint all over yourselves".
