I'm only 10, so I don't know much about this, but I can try.........

If you have a cold, make sure you drink lots of water and juice and stuff like that. Also, make sure you go to bed a little early. If you can, take a hot bubble bath or something, that REALLY helps with all the stress stuff.

Hope that Helps!!

I would certainly try some anti-nausea or anti-emnetic medication. See your doc and get a prescription. Perhaps you have gastritis. Google the condition. Wilkipedia is a good source. Sandoz-ondansetron is the best prescription medication for this condition. I have tried tons of them. This one was the only one that worked, at least for me.

You may want to get your blood pressure checked. Sometimes low blood pressure can have these effects.

If you believe your symptoms are intimately related to stressful situations, then I would entertain the hypothesis of anxiety. Medication is ok as a moderating approach, but something behavioural/cognitive will allow you to function without it and will have more long-lasting effects on your ability to cope.

I don't believe your immune system is related to your symptoms, but GREENS PLUS MULTI PLUS is an excellent way and maybe the only way to boost your immune system without causing imbalances in your body. I have immune problems and this was recommended by an immunologist. He advised against taking herbs or other vitamins for the aforementioned reason.

Take Vitamin C supplements. Don't be a germ freak. Seriously, the reason some people get sick so often is because they are always so clean and have been their whole lives, they were never exposed to enough pathogens. George Carlin actually did a pretty amusing (but honest) skit about this once. If you're constantly avoiding every germ, you'll never build up any immunities, so when you do (inevitably) run into a germ your body isn't used to handling it.

You need to build your immune system. Get plenty of sleep, because that can make your immune system go down. At least 6-8 hours. Drink lots of water, and orange juice every day. Take a vitimin supplement like echinacia (i think that's how you spell it), which give you a huge immune boost. And make sure that you use a hand sanitizer regularly and wash your hands every 3-4 hours.

you say you stress a lot and this can lead to a weak immune system ... my best advice would be to try and relax, through meditation maybe? Do you exercise? That is a good way to wind down mentally and get your mind off your stresses.
Do you eat healthy? No fast food and at least 32oz of water a day!!!
And lastlly, maybe a vitamin suplement?

I totally understand. I work fulltime and take classes so it's important I don't fall ill.

I always make sure that:

1. I get enough sleep. This is key. And anytime I feel like I'm about to come down with something I put myself to bed to sleep it off.
2. I take vitamins. And before I put myself to bed early when I suspect illness, I take one airborne. Do not take more than one (disregard what it says on the airborne package...too much of anything is not good for you).
3. I exercise. I don't work out every day but a couple times a week. I think pushing yourself to work out too often will cause you to burn out.

Hope that helps!

Have you be to the doctor lately?
1.If not, Get a full physical to rule out any health issues.
2.Seek help on find ways to reduce your stress level!!
3. Take time out each day just to relax.
4. Always put your health and mind first. Take care of you!!!
Stress can cause your body not to be able to fight off different infections.
