my friend told me that she heard 7 krispy creme donuts are equal to the amount of fat and calories as some starbucks drink im just curious to find out which drink it is

i think it's the caramel frappuccino with whipped cream. I think i read that somewhere. Coffee drinks are LOADED with calories and fat-think of all the sugar they put in there to cut some of the bitterness of the coffee, the whole milk, the caramel syrup, it's better to ask for iced nonfat latte's even if they're caramel, you can swap the fatty stuff for sugarfree syrup and soymilk

A Venti White Mocha Creme Frappachino has 760 calories, which is the most caloric drink that is listed on the website (I am sure you can jack it up pretty high by adding caramel syrup or more white mocha, etc)

I'm sorry I don't think there is one. A Starbucks "Strawberries & Crème Frappuccino® Blended Crème" with 5 pumps of Mocha syrup contains 880 calories and 17.5g of fat. 7 Krispy Kreme "Original Glazed" donuts contain 1400 calories and 84g of fat.
A "Strawberries & Crème Frappuccino® Blended Crème" has the same amount of calories as nearly 4.5 "Original Glazed" donuts.
A "Strawberries & Crème Frappuccino® Blended Crème" has the same amount of fat as nearly 1.5 "Original Glazed" donuts.

Hi,Krispy Kreams are a chain of donut shops . They are the best. I think they are even better than Winchell's Donuts. I didn't know if you even have Winchell's on the Island. Krispy Kreams are delivered also to stores,and they are still warm. Krispy Kreams also give school children tour of where Donuts are prepared. Each store prepares their own, They are not sweet.
